The Massachusetts Environmental Policy Act (MEPA) office is accepting public comments on the Surfside Crossing proposal before them, the Environmental Notification Form (ENF), (Read full ENF HERE) until Tuesday May 12, 2020. Make your voice heard!
The Nantucket Land & Water Council has submitted comments to MEPA on the proposed ENF and has requested that additional information should be required in the form of an Environmental Impact Report (EIR). We encourage you to submit your own comments on the environmental impacts of this project. You may do so by emailing a letter to Alexander Strysky, the MEPA Analyst at: alexander.strysky@mass.gov.
Comments must be submitted no later than Tuesday, May 12th, 2020.
